Thomas D. Foster
Tom Foster has more than 29 years in non-profit and health care planning and administration. Before joining the Pacific AIDS Education and Training Center (PAETC), he most recently worked in pediatric HIV/AIDS clinical research and prevention education at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. As PAETC Unit Manager, he is responsible for maintaining the administrative and financial infrastructure for the central office, ensuring internal quality controls, fiscal accountability, and regional and international project support. As liaison with the University of Washington for the International Training and Education Center on HIV (I-TECH), Tom supports the PAETC's education and curriculum development work in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. He is also PAETC's liaison with the Department of Family & Community Medicine at the University of California San Francisco.
