National Transgender Health Summit
April 8th and 9th, 2011

We invite health care providers and health profession students interested in improving health care for transgender people to attend this groundbreaking summit, which will include plenary sessions by world-renowned experts in the field of transgender health care, as well as workshops, films, and networking opportunities. Food and drink will be provided. A limited number of scholarships are available for health professionals.

Summit Goals
The summit aims to increase provider skills in the provision of optimal health care for transgender patients and to provide a professional forum for the sharing of best practices, innovative techniques, and cutting edge research among providers of transgender health services.
Intended Audience
Medical providers and students who wish to increase their awareness of transgender (trans) issues in health care.
