Transgender Harm Reduction Project


The Transgender Harm Reduction Project is a comprehensive multiservice project which includes intensive individual case management, mental health services, medical and hormonal treatment, HIV prevention and care services, and HIV testing. The program is known for the "Tranny Rock Stars" youth support program.
