The Foundation for Research on Sexually Transmitted Diseases (FROST'D) is a not-for-profit community based organization that offers comprehensive services to vulnerable populations in neighborhoods throughout New York City

FROST'D is one of New York City's oldest minority AIDS service organizations. Keeping true to their roots, they provide New York City drug users and their sex partners with: Syringe Exchange, Harm Reduction Services, HIV and Hepatitis C Testing, and Access to Drug Treatment, Medical Services and Mental Health Providers - All through mobile units stationed in neighborhoods in upper Manhattan, the South Bronx and Brooklyn
